There is no better place to draw mental strength from the Lord than through His Word. When we know the Word, we can refute the lies of the enemy and distinguish truth from the ploys of the evil one. It has the power to penetrate our souls and affect our minds. Use these simple ideas to help you press into God’s strength and find hope in the Lord, even in impossible situations. While the hope of the Lord is always there, ready to carry us through the storms of life, God sometimes can feel distant if we’re not regularly seeking Him.
